[NFBMO] Resolutions

I am not suggesting it is a problem, but currently we have no resolutions.
Neither do we have amendments for our constitution or by-laws. Are there
issues we should address? I am prepared to receive and distribute them, and
if the need is there, I'm even prepared to write from your ideas and
concerns.
