Not to many people participated last year, and if the entire affiliate takes the time to fill this out, we can have an outsize impact on the results of the survey. If you are a chapter or division president, make sure to send this to your members.

Each year the Governor's Council on Disability distributes a Legislative Priorities Poll (Poll) to gain a greater understanding of issues important to Missourians with disabilities and those who work and live with them. The responses are compiled by our office and sent to state legislators and elected officials.


The 2023 Poll is open! I have attached a fillable PDF which can be completed and printed and a printable PDF which can be printed and completed by hand. It can also be completed and submitted online at Legislative Priorities Poll<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/898XZ2Y> (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/898XZ2Y).  All versions can also be found on the Legislative Priorities Poll web page<https://disability.mo.gov/gcd/legislative_priorities_poll.htm>. Poll responses must be received by Friday, November 3, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Please distribute to your friends, family, colleagues, clients/consumers/patients, and any other interested parties so they have the opportunity to share their thoughts.

The PDFs may be returned to our office via mail (see signature block below), email (GCD at oa.mo.gov<mailto:GCD at oa.mo.gov>) or fax (573-526-4109).
