[NFBMO] Very IMPORTANT: Convention update #1 Hotel Issue

I strongly encourage if you are in need of a hotel room with two beds to make your
reservations as soon as humanly possible.

There was an issue where the hotel had had us booked only for king rooms. That has
been hopefully corrected.  It sounds as if we are competing with other groups for
the double rooms so it is important to grab these rooms quickly.
