Due to the difficulties with the hotel they have extended the reservation cut-off
through April 4.

But, the big news is that another block did not use their allotment of double
queen rooms and they have been released for our use. However, if you  wish to get
one of these rooms you need to take action as soon as possible. If you try to make
the reservation on-line or by calling the toll-free number they will  tell you
that there are no rooms.

To make your reservations call the group rooms coordinator Kia Stuart directly at
816-801-4008 during regular business hours.

You can also call her to switch your reservation from a king to a double queen.

 

 

If she does not answer leave her a message with your request.
