The days are getting longer but your time to get ready for the 62nd annual state
convention is getting shorter by the minute. 

 

The deadline to pre-register for the convention is just six days away at the time
of this  message. It seems that a lot of regular attendees have not either mailed
or in the registration or signed up on-line. The registration page will be pulled
down at 11:59 pm on April1,so there is no time like the present to take care of
your registration and meal selections!!!

Because of the hotel error they have extended our reservation deadline until April
4. If you need a king room you can call the regular hotel number 

 816-891-8900 or use the link on our website. However, if you need a double queen
room during regular business hours call  the group room sales  coordinator, Kia
Stuart, at 816-801-4008, leave a message if she does not answer. Of course, if she
does not timely return your call then call her back and select the option  for
immediate assistance.

Remember to stop at an ATM and pull out some cash for our vendors so you can
purchase some of their wonderful goods! We have a record number of vendors this
year. The list below is tentative  and subject to deletions or additions. There
are so many vendors this year that it is likely we will shut down   applications
for exhibitors early in the next day or two.  We may  still allow  sponsorships.

 

 

 

A reminder for prior Jernigan Award Winners it is a longtime tradition that you
wear your dog tag to the banquet.

I cannot wait to see what our host chapters have in store for us this year, 16
days and counting.
