Hello Friends;
It is almost time for our annual BELL Academy. It will be June 3 - 14 this
year. We are still looking for a few volunteers, especially for the St.
Louis BELL Academy. You do not need to live in the area, we will arrange
lodging for out of town volunteers. This is a very rewarding experience
for not only the children and their families, but also for the volunteers.
Please visit our BELL page to learn more about what we do during BELL, and
if you are ready to be a volunteer, please fill out the volunteer
application (also on that page.

If you have any questions, need more information, or are wondering if you
would be a good fit for volunteering; please reach out to me, I am happy
to talk with you anytime.
I am looking forward to another amazing BELL Academy.
thanks,
Jenny Carmack MEd

The National Federation of the Blind
knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your
future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low
expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can
live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
