Some logistical notes for this weekend's convention as well as the final list of
sponsors and exhibitors.

Check-in is at 3:00 and check-out on Sunday is noon. It is recommended that folks
check out prior to Sunday's session if possible.

Breakfast for hotel guests is served in the lobby from 6:30 to 9:30 Friday and
7:00 to 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

We will have a cash bar Saturday night in the banquet room from 6:00 pm to 10:00
pm. We need to sell $300.00 in drinks to get the bar at no charge. Make sure to
have your banquet tickets with you and placed them above your place setting or the
servers will not know what you are eating or if you are eligible to be served.

Likewise tickets are required for both lunches.

Important: Saturday's lunch is a buffet. General Session is in Salon A and lunch
is next door in Salon B. The line for the buffet will be between the two rooms.
Members are requested to go directly to lunch as the caterers want to serve you
hot food and will also not stand around waiting for you to show up an hour later,
save your trip to your room until after you have eaten Volunteers will assist
anyone who needs assistance from the end of the buffet line to a seat in Salon B.
BTW: we can always use more people to jump in and volunteer. .

The Guide Dog relief area complete with refuse receptacle is located just off
the foyer to the convention area near salon A B C. There is a sidewalk with a
long strip of grass which is six to eight feet wide

If there are any smokers left you should go out the hotel's main entrance and walk
25 feet from the door.

Below is the list of sponsors and exhibitors. The table numbers only indicate the
order in which reservations were made at a particular sponsor/exhibitor level.

A micro-mart is located adjacent to the front desk.

There is 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea. Free parking and an indoor/outdoor
swimming pool.

Look forward to seeing everyone this weekend,

Gene Coulter , your frazzled convention Coordinator
