[NFBMO] Strange message lately

I have our NFB Helpdesk looking at it. They say they do not see it on the
screen and so they suspect JAWS. I think JAWS is not generating the message
but may be seeing it as a notification in a screen not directly displaying
to MS Word. Thanks, friend.

I have started seeing the same thong over the past couple of weeks. I
looked at all the settings and didn't see anything that looked like it was
cause that so I just ignored it. I too only get it when I am in Word.

Subject: [NFBMO] Strange message lately
Whenever I edit a document in Microsoft Word or Microsoft XL, I have
recently been getting the following message
This site can access your location. Change this setting in the address bar.
While I have seen this on certain websites, never before have I seen it in
the opening of office documents. I thought it was a problem particular to my
own unit, but last evening on the technology committee meeting, I heard the
same thing come through on someone's screen reader. Any thoughts as to how
to rectify this? It can be quite a problem, because you start editing or
reading a document, and it may come up fifteen or twenty seconds after you
are into the work.
Thanks for any advice.
Warmly,
Gary
