I wish most sites were this user-friendly. I went through the process like I was ordering a meal and had absolutely no issue with navigating it. I would be really interested in knowing what the complaint is. The The whole purpose of being able to file suit is based on lack of accessibility, not lack of convenience. However, even in this case, the website appears to be convenient in regard to navigation.

In our Jefferson City chapter meeting we talked about the proposal to stop abusive lawsuits. Kathy Hurley tole us about one restaurant in the city that has been taken to court for an inaccessible website. The owner called me based on the conversation with Kathy. They say they have spent $2,000 to make their site accessible and now the attorney and his client want $12,000 in addition to what they have already paid their attorney.

I see no problems with this site, and the fix looks good to me. Can some of you check it out and write me.
