[NFBMO] Convention and Rittgers fund stuff

On-line applications for the Rittgers fund are now live. Go to www.NFBMo.org
<http://www.NFBMo.org>   and on the home page click on the state convention link
and then click on the convention assistance  link which will bring up the on-line
form. This is the much preferred way to apply as all members of the Rittgers
Committee will receive the application. One note: if you have a roommate and know
who it is put their name in the comments area. 

I also attached the MS word form for those who prefer to use it.

Also attached are the registration packet and exhibit form. I sure wish I could
tell you all when on-line registration will be available, there are still a couple
of hurdles to overcome but progress, I think,  is being made.
