[NFBMO] Testimony on Blind Bill needed now: fs

There is a hearing on our Certified Mail bill  on Tuesday Feb. 18 at noon. We need
everyone to send written testimony as soon as possible. The bill number has
changed it is now HB 520. Your testimony does not need to be very long   as all
you need say is that you support the bill but of course you should detail any
problems    that the certified mail ever cost you.
