This bipartisan legislation provides greater flexibility to employers and allows workers with disabilities to build secure financial futures without jeopardizing the federal benefits they need to live fulfilling and productive lives.

This builds on the progress I made earlier this year when my ENABLE Act was signed into law as part of President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill, protecting key savings options for those with ABLE accounts. I will continue to fight for Missourians with disabilities!
