[NFBMO] Announcing My Intent To Run For Re-election to the NFBMO Board Of Directors

Dear Friends:

 

I would like to ask for your vote during the Sunday morning elections for
the board of directors at our convention on April 12.  It has been my honor
and privilege to serve in this capacity and I would like to continue doing
so.  

 

I currently serve as president of the Show Me chapter and also serve on the
scholarship committee, governmental affairs committee, and the website
committee.  I previously served as corresponding secretary for the
affiliate.  I have also been a mentor in the mentor program for the past
year.

 

I am currently employed as a social studies teacher at Northeast Christian
High School in Kirksville.  I am also very involved in my community and
church.

 

I believe very strongly in the mission of this organization and want to
continue working on the various projects I have been asked to work on.  I
also hope to continue growing this incredible organization.  I feel these
are critical times in the blind movement and I pledge to do everything I can
to further our cause.  

It would be my honor to have your vote on April 12.
