First, I want to thank you and the Jefferson City chapter for an outstanding
convention.

 

I found the staff to be very friendly and willing to help.  This is in spite
of the fact that it appeared to me the hotel was seriously understaffed.

 

My only issue occurred Thursday after the game night.  I went to the bar
hoping to get something to eat and drink and got neither.  I understand that
some people waited over two hours for their food only to receive wings that
were cold.  I waited almost an hour and nobody ever came by to take my order
so I left and went back to my room.  It is my understanding that the lady at
the front desk was also taking orders in the bar and I fully understand she
can't be two places at the same time.  This just illustrates the staffing
shortage the hotel seemed to be experiencing and certainly wasn't anything
you had any control over.  

 

It would have been nice if there had been a restroom closer to the
convention meeting room but that is out of our control as well.

 

All in all, I think it was an excellent convention and I commend those who
worked so hard to make it happen.

Greetings,

Another state convention has come and gone. I am looking for feedback on
folks experience this last weekend. I do not need to hear about the problems
with the Braille on the guest rooms as I am well aware of this deficiency. 

I would be interested in hearing about your experiences with the hotel. Were
the meeting and guest rooms sufficient for your needs? Was the staff
friendly and responsive? How was the service at Antlers and? Any other
comments about the facilities. Were the meeting rooms good?

While we cannot control the quality of the food at the planned meals, I do
want to know if it was good.  Do you have any suggestions about the menu
selection for the planned meals? We try to choose items that most folks find
to their liking but still tasty.
