Thanks, Jeanne, but I did also send them a copy of the message that I sent to the list as well. I just wanted the list to know of some of my concerns because if I have these concerns, maybe others do as well and will think about sending a letter to Nfb Newsline to let them know of Ther frustrations. Again thank you Fred Olver.

Subject: [NFBMO] Feedback for NFB-NEWSLINE Mobile

Good morning I am writing you this morning because I can’t be the only one who has in the last 60 days or so experienced extreme frustration with the Nfb Newsline app. On a daily basis, the app refuses to load newspapers onto my phone on a daily basis when backing out of articles the newspaper refuses to again load on a regular basis. I don’t know what you people are doing or what you have done to your computers in the last 60 days, but I do know that since the most recent upgrades which have taken place the use of this app stinks.

I think you owe us as users of this application reasons for the difficulties experienced in making use of this app. I believe that if you are going to offer an app which will read or allow us to read newspapers that you either fix the problems which occur on a regular basis or or at the very least explain to us why these problems are occurring. I wish I could explain to you how indignant I am at the lack of support which we as subscribers to your app are receiving. The fact that you refuse to give any explanation as to the reasons for lapse in service is not acceptable. If you can’t solve the problem, then you should think about contracting it out to another source since it appears that all of your efforts have been in vain. The above information will be used to assist NFB-NEWSLINE staff in resolving your concern.
