[NFBMO] Important information for state convention

Greetings,

I have two important announcements regarding the upcoming state convention. First,
please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible by calling Stony Creek at
573-442-6400 during regular business hours and using code 26NFBLAC. Some nights
outside our reserved block are already sold out, so the earlier you reserve your
room, the better your chances of securing accommodations.

Second, it's not too early to register and pay for your meals. At least two
chapters are purchasing the Frugal Federationist package for their members. If
your chapter plans to do the same, please notify both me and the state treasurer
as soon as possible.

If your chapter is purchasing the Frugal Federationist package, here's what you
need to do:

*	All members from participating chapters should send an email to both me
and Carol Coulter titled "Chapter Paid Registration" with the following
information:
*	Your name
*	Phone number
*	Agenda format preference: large print, Braille, or electronic
*	Any special needs, such as an assistive listening device
*	Your banquet choice: Pot Roast or Chicken

?  Send your email to both: CJCoulter59 at gmail.com and GCoulter at NFBMO.org.

?  It's a good idea to carbon copy your chapter president.

?  The state treasurer will collect the amount due from your chapter.

Please note, the Frugal Federationist package does not include Friday lunch.
Because I know members of these chapters will want to purchase Friday lunch
individually, please follow these steps:

1.	Go to the state convention webpage at www.NFBMO.org/Convention.
2.	Click on "Convention Registration" to access the registration form.
3.	In the first field, leave the number "1" and proceed to the next field.
4.	Fill out the required name and address information.
5.	Under "Select Registration Fee for this Attendee," choose "Meal Only - you
must select at least one of the add-on meals" from the drop-down menu.
6.	Select Friday lunch.
7.	Click the Review button to proceed to checkout.

While this may seem complicated, the process is straightforward once you begin.
