Greetings,

Some folks have reported difficulty in making hotel reservations after  meeting
with the hotel today we have been reassured that there is still room in our block
but don't delay as there is a good chance that the block will fill up and there is
no room outside of the block. Call during regular business hours and be sure to
use code 26nfblac . The phone number for the hotel is 573-442-6400. 

Along those lines I will need information on scholarship finalists as quickly as
possible so they can get a room. Likewise anyone who has applied for Rittgers
funding needs to make their hotel reservation themselves.

Very few folks have registered for the convention and picked their meals please do
so as early as possible. We will again have a cash bar on Saturday evening.

We will use all of the same meeting rooms as last year with hospitality in the
Lewis and Clark room and exhibits in the Columbia room.
