Subject: [NFBMO] state convention accessibility and accommodations

Greetings NFB's Greatest Affiliate:

The National Federation of the Blind of Missouri (NFB of Missouri) is committed to
inclusion at every level and to ensuring that our state convention is accessible,
welcoming, and usable for all participants. We believe accessibility is not a
special service, but a fundamental expectation and a shared responsibility.

The NFB of Missouri State Convention will be held April 10-13, 2026. As of January
2, 2026, there are 97 days remaining before the convention. Attendees are
encouraged to submit accommodation requests as early as possible to allow
sufficient time for thoughtful planning and coordination.

Participants who require accommodations to fully and independently participate in
convention activities are invited to submit requests or ask questions regarding
accessibility. Requests may include, but are not limited to, communication access,
mobility considerations, program access needs, or other disability-related
accommodations.

Accommodation requests and accessibility inquiries should be directed to:
. accessibility at nfbmo.org <mailto:accessibility at nfbmo.org>
. eculp at nfbmo.org <mailto:eculp at nfbmo.org>

While every reasonable effort will be made to meet accommodation needs, advance
notice significantly enhances our ability to provide effective and timely support.

This accessibility statement is also available on the affiliate website at
www.nfbmo.org <http://www.nfbmo.org> .

The NFB of Missouri values the full participation, independence, and dignity of
every attendee. We look forward to working collaboratively to ensure an inclusive
and empowering convention experience for all.

Eddie K. Culp
