[NFBMO] Update for timeslot at national convention 2026

We will be selling long sleeve shirts and hoodies. We have red ones and light blue ones. The cost is $15 for the long sleeved size sizes small to extra large the 2X and 3X are $17.
The hoodies size small to extra large are $25. The 2X and 3X are $28.
