A pharmacy shall notify each person to whom a prescription drug is dispensed </b><o:p></o:p></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:3.75pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:13.4pt'><span style='letter-spacing:.5pt'>7 <b>that an accessible prescription label is available to the person upon request at no </b></span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:3.7pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:13.4pt'><span style='letter-spacing:.4pt'>8 <b>additional cost. </b></span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:3.35pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:13.4pt'> 9 <b>4.
