Is there a reason to hold the January 18<sup>th</sup> meeting on the third Thursday. I suppose if this was intentional, it will work for Sports & Recreation to meet from 7:00 p.m to 7:55 p.m. There is already a standing meeting at 8:00 p.m. on the third Thursday.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Also, for planning purposes, what time will these meetings be held ?
