Truman National Parker visit tomorrow. I wanted to forward the information so everyone would have all the proper information ready to go for this 1st adventure on our NFBMO national park challenge. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">As it says the tickets are 1st come first serve so if anyone would like me to pick up tickets please let me know. <li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Our visitor center is at 223 North Main Street, Independence, Missouri, 64050. This is where the tickets for the Truman Home tours
are issued. Tickets are free, but required. They are first come, first served, so we recommend folks come as soon as they can to get the spots they want.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The City of Independence is making some parking lot improvements in the lot across the street from the visitor center, so please use
caution.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Truman Home itself is at 219 North Delaware Street, Independence. There is street parking by the home.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">While waiting for their tours, folks can visit the Noland Home, which is almost right across the street from the Truman Home. There
are interpretive exhibits and restrooms in the Noland Home. Normally there is an audio description program for folks, but that program’s technology has aged and failed, and although I have funding to have it replaced, the contract has just begun. But I do

I have a couple of copies at the Noland
