Members of Congress are in their districts campaigning between now and the November 5<sup>th</sup> elections. This is an ideal time to bring our issues to their attention and garner their support. Although it is late in the session, it is possible to see positive movement once the election is out of the way. Also, they will be more familiar with the bill when it is filed in the next session.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Below is a list of our legislative bills for your information. However, the top three bills are our priorities:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>the Blind Americans Return to Work Act H.R. 8878 has been introduced in the House of Representatives. It will eliminate the SSDI earnings cliff by instituting a two-for-one phase out of benefits for any income earned above the substantial gainful activity threshold.
