Certified Mail was suspended by executive order due to the public health emergency because of Covid. With the end of the emergency FSD has been ordered to resume the mailings by certified mail as soon as humanly possible. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>There is a possibility, slight though it may be, that they will not have to send Supplemental Aid to the Blind information by certified mail. Certified mail could resume as soon as November for reviews and other notices.
