Congress’ original plan as mentioned in one of our legislative alerts was to get it pushed through very quickly after the Thanksgiving recess without the TCIEA included. On the Senate side specifically, they hoped to do it through unanimous consent, but due to our advocacy, Senator Casey (Pennsylvania) has put a hold on the legislation until the TCIEA is placed back in the Workforce package and we have reliable sources he is continued to remain committed to this demand.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>So there is still a chance we could make this happen, but the end of the 118<sup>th</sup> Congress is rapidly approaching.
