[NFBMT-Parents] Subminimum Wage Bill

Another bill we are working on is the Subminimum Wage Bill.  So far, the
ideas for bills have been submitted to the Legislative Council to draft.  We
will be looking for sponsors and cosponsors for them.  The bills have
legislative council numbers for now, and as they go through the House or the
Senate, the designations will change.  

 

LC2761 Prohibition of subminimum wages for workers with disabilities

LC2764 Establish penalties for malicious or negligent injury or death of
service animal 

LC2765Protect rights of blind parents in family law
