[NFBMT-Parents] how to contact Uber and Lyft without a smart phone or a computer

For seniors.  Available in all fifty states.  Adds a $.27 fee per minute on
top of the ride cost.  This sounds like a good alternative, but many of the
reviews point up a serious lack of communication between the drivers and the
company, and people being charged for cancellation fees either because the
driver couldn't find them or the company said the passenger cancelled.  The
people who take these rides do not have smart phones and would have no way to
cancel their ride.  The company seems willing to help investigate and mediate
these horrible experiences after they happen, which is commendable, but
unless these experiences stop happening, it doesn't seem safe to trust your
elderly loved one with their service.  The customer ratings either seem to be
fives or ones.
