[Nfbmt] new list

Yes it does begin. And to be honest with you, I have never been involved with any federation for any type of the blind. Therefore, I am excited for the hard work. However, I urge that those of you who ever been involved in programs such as the MFB in the past, help guide me in the direction that I may need to go. I am excited however!
