Do you have a Humanware Voice Note, or is this the Hims Voice Sense?  
If it is the Voice Sense you have and it is the original vintage of it, you
may be out of luck with it when using most of today's internet protocols
especially if on Charter Cable etc.  If this is a newer product, you may be
able to connect to the internet!
