[Nfbmt] grilling and more

Yes I did use gas at one time, where you can buy smoke or anything you want to put on the meat to get the flavor. many times I just use the favorite seasoning I like to use, and it sure tastes good. 
Yes I would be afraid of the same wand you spoke about. 
I wouldn't know where to put it while it was cooling down. 
I used to grill on low heat, that worked out well with the gas grill. 
The gloves you saw here at the house will do the same thing as qvc does. We really enjoy them. You can get them from amazon. Jim can send you the code number if he still has it. 
I have been cooking sense I was nine. 
Mother thought that I should learn. One of the best things she did for me.
