[Nfbmt] Transportation

The Billings Transit is a special needs bus, for those who cannot take the
regular bus.  That's what a lot of these are, for the aged or handicapped,
although in the smaller towns or rural areas they will make special
concessions for those who are more ambulatory but do not drive.  Since these
often are at least partially Federally funded,, they have strict criteria to
follow regarding who is or is not eligible to use their services.  

When I get more time, I thought I'd try to look each one of these up and get
a sense of who they primarily serve.  Joy

Dan provided a list of transportation providers around Montana.  I think
most of them only cover a certain city or area.  They don't generally go
between cities or, at least, not between the larger cities.

First it lists the company name, then the address with city, state, and zip
code, then the phone number.  

When you take the Billings Transit, it comes to you wherever you are; you
don't stand out on some road somewhere to catch it.  If you live within the
parameters that each of these transportation providers serves, I would think
they would do the same thing.  Joy
