I just came across an old e-mail where I sent something to the list back in
July on this very topic. I guess what goes around comes around. Joy

I don't remember what country this is being made from.
Trust me the price is costly.
I saw this a few months ago on a different list, where I read it and deleted
all.
Many years ago in the 70s I remember that, a friend of mine got a pair of
glasses wearing a device over his shoulder. the glasses would send a
vibration threw ear phones to let him know wen he was coming near anything.
It only worked down to the knees.
The thing is about traveling with such a device for me, is I want to
concentrate on the traffic not what the machine is telling me.
The difference to working the I products is you are knowing the street you
are coming upon.
As well as the direction.
I still have to decide if it is safe for me to cross. I like that.
Now if someone is with me that is fine as well.
I know when I started traveling in the 70s I thought the traffic was bad
then. Now it is even worse than it was then.
Even going to Denver, I am always surprised how much faster traffic seems to
go.
You sure would want a machine to work well.
I'm pleased I learned how to travel the old fashioned way.
Knowing when you feel the sun on your left cheek you are going north, and
west is on your left.
At first traveling was hard for me.
I had no clue what a block was.
Of course I didn't have enough vision to know.
i had just tunnel vision knowing what was in front of me when I got close to
it.
If anyone ever gets this device do share what you think.
I understand they can't make it fast enough for the requests needed.
