[Nfbmt] Library

Hi Dave,

I'm aware one can connect the new Victor Stream to a PC or put the SD 
Card in the PC to download books but I didn't think one could get NLS 
Books through Wi Fi yet!  I understand some kind of Beta is taking 
place for the Victor Stream.
