Aw, he can handle it.  LOL He wanted to make sure the discussion was
stimulating, and didn't want to be too heavy handed and shut it down too
quickly.  That can stifle an organization.

The go to meeting thing is an idea.  The rest of it is just politeness and
common sense: don't speak when somebody else is speaking, and ask for the
floor so you can be heard.  Sometimes on a conference call some of the
phones are so soft it's hard to hear each other. Joy
