When you do a chat room with the computer, you work with those who have a good Mike and those who don't. 
I do a ladies chat weekly that I have done for five years if not more. 
When you make the chat open the question is always asked 
Do you have a head set or ear phones to run this chat. 
We did this so we wouldn't have to hold down the enter key while visiting. 
You still need to make sure each person has a chance to speak. 
I felt the meeting went fine where there wasnt to much stepping on toes if you will. 
You have a better chance unless you do skipe again a computer base everyone doesn't have. You know that persons have phones.
