When John Buffington from Billings passed away a couple of years ago he
directed that his estate become a trust to provide education and
services for blind individuals who want to be employed. The trust is
now set up and ready to begin assisting individuals. The trust will
disburse assistance to qualified applicants twice a year. Applications
for this year are due by November 15 and will be reviewed in December
with distribution to grantees by December 31. The trust has
approximately $30,000 to distribute this year. The Buffington Trust
Guidelines and Application are attached. If you have any questions
about the trust or your eligibility, you can contact Tiffany at 406
255-5238. The application is also available on-line at
www.firstinterstatebank.com <http://www.firstinterstatebank.com>.
