[Nfbmt] NFB Of Arkansas lost Matt Lyle's

The NFBAR family is very sad to let you know that we lost Matt Lyles on
Sunday. He was one of our long time, strong and very compassionate NFB
members. Matt was an amazing person who cared about others and always
inspired us all to be our best. Matt preceded me as our Arkansas State
