National Federation of the Blind of Montana,

3rd Annual State Convention,

October 9-11, 2015.

Registration Information.

Convention registration is $50.00 per person, which includes one banquet
ticket. Convention registrations and banquet tickets may be purchased
online at www.nfbofmt.org.

The banquet choices are:

1. Chef's Pot Roast, which is a slow cooked choice 7 bone roast with
carrots, parsnips, and potatoes, and vegetable du jure.

2. Chicken Alfredo Primavera, which is a baked chicken breast, hand-breaded
with Italian bread crumbs, topped with a savory sauce and parmesan cheese,
and served over fettuccine Alfredo Primavera, with garlic bread on the side.

All dinners include Caesar salad, roll and butter, coffee, water, ice tea or
fruit punch, and dessert.

To register online, go to the "register here" link on the NFB of Montana
home page, then click on the "register for the 2015 NFB of Montana state
convention online" link at the bottom of the page.

After you press the pay button, please remember to press the "back to the
NFB of Montana" button in order to receive your thank-you and convention
registration confirmation email. This information is contained in
instructions on the PayPal page. You don't have to use PayPal to purchase
your convention registration; below the "forgot user name or password" link,
there is a button that says "pay with debit or credit card or PayPal
credit." Enter or space on that button.

After the page loads, it says "your order summary" and down below that there
is a heading that says "choose a way to pay." Directly below that is a "pay
with my PayPal account" button. If you don't want to use your PayPal
account, or don't have one, skip that and go down below where it says
country with a combo box and has United States selected. Then it says "list
of three items" and you have three choices with radio buttons which allow
you to select which choice you want. The first is "debit or prepaid gift
card" and it is already checked. If you want to select the radio button for
"credit card", or "PayPal credit special offer", then space on that to
select it.

Then down below that is a heading which says billing information, and you
are given fields to fill in your information. Tab through those fields and
fill them in. You can select what kind of card you are using, put in the
expiration date and the security code, then fill in your name and address.
Then below that you will find a button that says "same as billing address,
checkbox checked. Below that it will ask for your phone number in case
there is a problem.

Then it says, "click pay to complete your purchase. Please review your
information to make sure that it is correct. Below that is the word
continue and below that is a pay button. Enter on the pay button.

Once you enter on the pay button, you will get a summary of what you have
selected and your payment information and a statement something like your
payment is being or has been processed, and you will receive a confirmation
email. then I think there is a button to return to the NFB of Montana, and
after you press that, then your transaction should be completed. If you
don't press it, you won't get your thank-you and registration confirmation
email, and we'll get your payment but not your summary of what you paid for.
So that button at the end is very important.

Live the life you want

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
