I don't think there has to be a size.
We know the cab drivers here in town are quite unhappy about this.
They even told Jim that the prices would be higher than they would be.
We know for a fact this isn't true. Where the drivers want to keep the 
customers.
I as many are tired of waiting over an hour if not more for transportation.
What I said was, maybe I can buy ice cream now, and it won't be melted 
by the time I get home.
