[Nfbmt] Talking cable box

Charter at this time doesn't have the TV guide talking cable box.
>From those who have this have shared they had to pay $50 for the box.
The box you have now goes back to the company and the new box is added 
to the TV.
I have a problem with this,
Why should we be charged for the box, even one time, when you  get a 
box you are not charged?
Just my thoughts.
Folks are paying this because they want the talking box to know what is 
out there.
I don't know when charter will get this, I just know I don't feel 
comfortable at all knowing I would have to pay the price for the box to 
enjoy what others are enjoying at this time.
