I hope this note finds you well. I'm writing to follow up on President
Riccobono's email about the KNFB Reader give-away. In his message, he asked
each affiliate to assign a KNFB Reader liaison. This should be a person who
can stay up-to-date on KNFB activities and help find opportunities in your
state to promote the app for the Federation.

I'm wondering if you've had the chance to identify your liaison. If so,
please send me his or her contact information as soon as you can. Remember
that for your affiliate to be eligible to give away a free copy of the KNFB
Reader, you have to complete all of the steps as outlined by the President,
including appointing a liaison. Below is the full list of requirements for
your reference.

Affiliate KNFB Reader Giveaway Requirements:

1. At the state convention, deliver a presentation on the KNFB Reader during
a general convention session that lasts at least ten minutes or host a
breakout session on the KNFB Reader that lasts at least thirty minutes. 

2. Include an announcement in the convention agenda (announcement supplied
below and attached). 

3. Include a link to http://www.knfbreader.com <http://www.knfbreader.com/>
on the affiliate website from the convention page or other prominent page. 

4. In the affiliate's social media, mention @KNFBREADER in a post to Twitter
during the convention or post a message to the affiliate Facebook page
mentioning the KNFB Reader.

5. Appoint a KNFB Reader liaison from your affiliate-this should be a person
who can stay up-to-date on KNFB activities and help find opportunities in
your state to promote the app for the Federation. The individual should have
an email address and should be a user of the KNFB Reader application. Please
email the contact information for the liaison to support at knfbreader.com.

Completing these five steps will allow the affiliate to give away a gift
copy of the KNFB Reader for iOS. To redeem, the state president should send
an email to support at KNFBREADER.com with the subject line of Affiliate Gift
Copy. The email should include details on how the above actions were
completed (e.g. the time of the convention presentation) and the full name
and email address of the winner of the gift app. The gift code will be
emailed within five business days and the code must be used within thirty
days of receipt (no exceptions allowed). 

The gift is a full, paid version of the current version of the KNFB Reader
for iOS.
