[Nfbmt] Off topic; voting

I don't know why this would be off topic but that's all right!

How the machines are used varies from county to county!  I remember 
being told that these machines were only in use during federal 
elections.  Perhaps in this day and time, they have opened this up 
further and I'll check it out once we have another bond issue or school 
election or when selecting who will be on our city council.

We usually vote prior to election day and I think we went to our county 
courthouse to access the machines.  They have always been nice to us!
