Do you believe that blind and other people with disabilities should be 
able to work in their communities for livable wages?  Do you believe 
that sheltered, crew, and sub-minimu wage jobs for workers with 
disabilities are misguided?  The meetings below provide the best 
opportunity to make your views known.  Speaking up at one of the 
meetings described below will influence how your state government 
responds to you.  I'd be glad to provide more background.  This is a big 
deal, folks.

Greetings,

Vocational Rehabilitation and Blind Services (VRBS) will be holding four
statewide town hall meetings in the upcoming months. The meetings will
be an open discussion forum to get information and provide feedback to
VRBS on the changes related to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity
Act (WIOA) and other changes in the VRBS program.

Please contact your constituency group regarding this opportunity to get
information and provide feedback related to these important changes.

Attached is a ‘Save the Date’ poster that can be printed and displayed.
   We will send you more detailed information in the near future.
