I gave her the code and she asked her supervisor about it her supervisor told her that that code is for corporate flights only and we would have to have the person in charge of our group book our flights for us to get that redone reduced rate. I was able to purchase my entire ticket though using SkyMiles with Delta comfort on all four legs of the trip that is two flights going into flights coming back and all it cost me was $11 and some change in taxes. And it cost me just over half of my SkyMiles that I've been saving :-)
