Welcome to winter in April.  Don't like the snow, do need the moisture.  Be
careful out there.  It's supposed to be in the eighties next week.

 

I hope I have put the correct versions of the chapter constitutions on our
web site.  They are on the "local chapters" link, each one under the
information for the chapter to which it pertains.
