[Nfbmt] Prepaid Cell Phones

Good suggestion.  I am one who has to get it reset up on my computer.  Don't
you have to have a computer or a mobile device to use Skype?  So if you don't
have a computer or can't work the one you do have, and all you have is a land
line, then what?  I'm trying to reach the people who do not have access to
all this technology, and who maybe are just barely getting by.

Will madam President I have suggested this before and I will suggest it again
Skype is a viable option. It's free it has great sound and as many people as
what you can take part in it :-)
