I agree that we should send $100 to help them out. As we know, putting on a convention is quite a chore!

I think the affiliate should send at least a hundred dollars. Joy

Hello, everyone!

It is hard to believe that we have less than two months until our 76th
convention at the beautiful Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando. I know that
everyone is counting the days until we will gather together from around the
world to celebrate our achievements and plan for our future.

The Louisiana, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, and Utah affiliates are thrilled to
be serving as your host committee. We have many exciting things planned and
will look forward to welcoming each of you and your members!

In order to help with the variety of costs associated with a national
convention, including a $2016 door prize at the banquet and an amazing
concert by some of our own very talented Federationists, we would truly
appreciate your assistance. We are asking affiliates to contribute $100. If
you feel you can send a larger amount, we would be grateful. We also welcome
any contributions from divisions to assist with expenses.

Please make checks payable to the NFB of Oklahoma, and mail them by June 1
to: Jeannie Massay, 505 Baker St., Norman, OK 73072.

Thanks for helping us make this convention one to remember! We cannot wait to
see you in Orlando! Let's go build the Federation!

Best,

Pam Allen

characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day, we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams.  You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
