[NFBMT] History of Blind and Low Vision Services

Hi, everyone.

 

Out of curiosity, does anybody know anything about the history or the
establishment of the Montana Blind Low Vision Services Department?  You know,
the stuff every journalism assignment or newspaper article is supposed to
start with: who, what, when, where, why.  I think some of this history should
be written down and compiled somewhere.  Thanks.
