Actually, the loss of vocational rehabilitation funding would really hurt the
private and non-profit organizations that provide vocational rehabilitation
services.  So, yes, if VR funds end up being cut heavily, the NFB Centers and
others will lose revenue and likely may not be able to survive.  Fortunately,
late yesterday, I learned that the US Congress Republican leadership
committed to sustaining VR and other similar program funding.  I think it's
going to be OK, but please know it's only OK if outfits like the NFB-MT keep
advocating for our interests.  We have to stay on this stuff because our
lives depend on it.

If the blind rehabs closed, would this also effect the federation in the
states who is teaching blind skills anything like that?
