[NFBMT] mail ballot election

I called the registrar of voters today just to make sure that electronic
voting machines would be available for use by the blind and other disabled
individuals if there is a mail only ballot to replace Representative Ryan
Zinke.  They said by law they have to be available for us.  When they know
more about how the balloting is going to be done, they will have a better
idea of where to place the electronic voting machines.  Just thought you'd
like to know.
